I accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of your session.
I hold a small number of concession spaces for clients on a low income or in full-time education. If cost is a barrier, please do get in touch, and we can talk about what's possible.
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. I understand that life doesn't always go to plan, and genuine emergencies will always be considered. Outside of those circumstances, the full session fee will apply for missed sessions or late cancellations. This policy helps me keep the practice running fairly for everyone.

I offer face-to-face counselling in a private, comfortable room in central Crewe, Cheshire. Exact details of the practice location will be provided once we've had an initial conversation and confirmed your appointment. The room is accessible by public transport and within easy reach of the town centre.
For clients who prefer not to travel, or who live further afield, online sessions are available via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp.
